As an owner or for your rental guest, enjoy the beach services (towels, umbrella, beach chairs). Kapalua’s sandy swimming beach is directly accessible from the resort. Dining, bars, retail, children’s and cultural programs, and sport equipment rentals are on-site. If you do decide to venture out of the resort, two underground covered parking spaces are just nearby. Use a semi-dedicated elevator or convenient stairs for quick access to the pool, beach and all of the abundant amenities Montage at Kapalua Bay offers. Kapalua Spa is available to an owner by separate participation. Rental guests have access to the spa via a nightly fee charged to owners by the AOAO.

Ocean Dreams Villa has proven revenue and rents on average for over $3,000 a night. You may take over any pre-existing rentals and rental revenues that are scheduled for after the close of purchase. There is good availability to schedule your personal vacation dates while accommodating high-value pre-existing scheduled rentals; this to be negotiated. The current property manager and rental agent is available to continue excellent care and continuity of service for you under a separate agreement. Spacious and secure owner storage space is available where you can store your items when you are off-island.
