Ward Village’s Waiea and Anaha 80% Sold – UPDATE

UPDATE: This blog below was originally published in 2014. Since then, Waiea and Anaha have been completed and residents have moved in. Please contact me with any questions on resale condos at the Waiea and resale condos at the Anaha. Mahalo!

Hawaii Life put together an awesome luxury real estate conference I attended this past week on Maui. Titled Worthshop 4, there were a lot of great takeaways from speakers from all over the country. One that really resonated close to home here on Oahu, was a presentation on the Howard Hughes Corporation’s Ward Village. Their two initial luxury residential towers of Waiea and Anaha came out of the gates earlier in the year, are experiencing strong sales, and are already 80% sold!

Life at Waiea

Waiea is definitely raising the bar for luxury condos in Honolulu. Situated across from Ala Moana Beach Park, it’s got ideal views and could not be in a more convenient location for everyday living.

Life at Anaha

Sitting just a little further back off Ala Moana Blvd. is its sister tower, Anaha. Although Anaha is the more affordable of the two projects, prices are still available starting around $1.5 million as of last week.

In addition, the Penthouse Collection has recently been marketing for release. These will be some of the most “over the top” luxury condos on Oahu. Here’s a taste…

More Information

As you can see, life at Ward Village‘s Waiea and Anaha will be quite elegant to say the least. Buyers know a good product, location, and name when they see it, which explains why they are 80% sold. If you are interested in living your Hawaii Life in Waiea or Anaha, feel free to contact me for more information.

Let’s stay connected!
