I would like to inquire if any of these condos have affordable rental units like the other new buildings in Kaka’ako? If so, when will they become available? If not, do you know of any that do have affordable rental units?

Aloha Dayle. I don’t know of any rental buildings going up in Ward Village or Kakaako at this time. Ke Kilohana that is currently under construction had reserved priced units available, but they were “for sale”, and are currently all under contract. I will double check, and will get back to you if I find out additional information about the affordable rentals. I am not aware of any at the moment. Thank you!!
