With a planned opening in November, excitement is growing as eager future owners, residents, and visitors alike watch as the newest addition to the greater Honolulu to Waikiki skyline continues with its final stages of construction.

The luxurious Pacifica Honolulu is the newest in the mecca of fine high-rise condominiums of Kaka’ako. Demand has been high with many of the owners, already from the islands, deciding it was time to downsize with a different lifestyle in mind.

The Pacifica Honolulu has great views and location—near the famous Ala Moana Shopping Center and the Ward Centre Shops & theaters, the Blaisell Concert Hall, and Exposition Center. It’s just a stroll to the ever popular Ala Moana Beach Park and Magic Island plus the Ala Wai Boat Harbor. Honolulu city is only a mile away with wonderful Waikiki starting just over the Ala Wai canal bridge and around the curve.

Specifically with the new Pacifica Honolulu developer sales, Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers and I would represent you, the buyer. When checking into Hawaii Life’s website for the first time, please include my name as the Real Estate Agent who linked you to the property.

They co-operate nicely and it will allow us to give you full service on your behalf. The developers’ sales office is within the Inspirations Honolulu Design Center—hard to miss the bright orange building at the base of the very noticeable twin oval towers of another luxury high-rise, the Moana Pacific condominium.

I live in one of those towers and personally know what it is like to move from a residence on another island and start enjoying the vibrant urban Oahu lifestyle. Everything is so nearby and most is within walking distance—such freedom to relax and take advantage of it all.

Contact me and we can discuss this brand-new opportunity, or look at the available units in the nearby grouping of surrounding high-rises, such as the Ko’olani, Hawaiki Tower, 1350 Ala Moana, Nahru Tower, or the Hokua. I look forward to our own “Talk Story” in the very near future!

Aloha, Jeanne
