About Jeanne E. Buboltz, R, CRS, GRI

Aloha! I look forward to our personal "talk story" sometime, but right now I want to mention that when my father and mother arrived in Hawaii in 1946 (he was a foreign language Professor at the University of Hawaii) they both knew it was to stay! Members of my family have been here ever since. These islands get into your 'heart' and after having grown up here, visits back were just not enough. I knew I would return to live full time some day! Years of criss crossing America with two sons growing to manhood, the move upward in the Banking world, buying and selling 11 houses total - in Illinois, Colorado, Kansas, east to the Washington DC area of Maryland, then to California, then back East again to Northern Virginia, then West to Coastal Oregon whwere at least I had the Pacific beach again, but it wasn't warm and sunny! In 1987, it was time to finally come "home" to Hawaii. Our choice was a residence in Waikoloa Village on the Big Island and a 'city' high rise condominium on Oahu. Through the years and experience in building several houses and all those moves, it was natural that Real Estate was fascinating to me! First, I became an RE Appraiser in Seattle, then decided to focus on selling and listing prime Resort Properties, both on the Oregon coast and then along the premier 'Gold' Kohala Coast from Kona to the North of the Big Island, Hawaii. 26 years doing what I love! Obtaining a Brokers license, the coveted CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation along with additional training with the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute)
Meeting people and finding that 'just right' place for them to realize their utmost desires. Being positive, Thankful, happy...and success follows. I know you too, can enjoy a life to the fullest - in wonderful Hawaii! I do indeed look forward to chatting with you soon!
