Hi Diane, nice follow up to my market update on the Puakea ranches. I have a question: what makes a “maids quarters” a maids quarters? Do you think the seller really had a live-in maid? Is it like those little cubbyhole bedrooms behind the kitchen they sometimes have in big Manhattan apartments?

What is wrong with a maids room in the back? I wish I had a maid to offer her the amazing mini pad in my lux estate. I just read that comment. Who cares what the previous seller had? And I have one of those cubby holes in my manhattan apartment – it cost me a 50k to make it into a fabulous closet and pantry for the kitchen and we all love the extra room. So what exactly is wrong with a cubby hole in manhattan?
