Diane was born in the State of Hawaii and raised on Oahu. Arriving on the Big Island was a great adventure as she and her husband sailed over on a Columbia 34 sail boat in 1987. Diane became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2001. Having worked full time in Real Estate since that time Diane also built and sold several homes personally. Personal hobbies include sailing, keeping horses, dirt biking, camping and spending time at the beach. Real Estate is a people business and Diane also had a 13 year background in the hospitality industry working for the Hilton and Hyatt Regency Hotels. Diane is Military friendly as she also has served 7 years in the Hawaii Air National Guard at Wheeler Air Force Base at the Hiroc (Hawaii Regional Operation Control Center 169th squadron). Working in Real Estate is a great way to meet people and help Buyers often purchase their dream home. It is a great feeling to help a Seller market their home in a competitive market place. Being in Real Estate is an opportunity to meet challenges, negotiate and be a valuable asset in a transaction. There is always something new to learn in an industry where technology and people intersect. Diane and her husband Jay have raised two sons. Waimea , Honokaa , Hamakua’ and Waikoloa Village are residential areas locals and mainland buyers seek to find the Hawaii lifestyle. This lifestyle of country living is what Diane knows and enjoys. Diane appreciates your business and hopes to meet and have the opportunity to work with Buyers and Sellers in a dynamic Real Estate environment.
