Just Listed/Just Sold – Waikoloa Beach Resort

Over the years, I have found that people worldwide are attracted to the condos of the Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. In addition to its condo communities, Waikoloa Beach Resort is known for two of the best shopping centers on the island – Queens and Kings Shops – and for its proximity to some of the best white sand beaches in the state.

I’m pleased to have two recent sellers in Waikoloa Beach Resort: one who sold their condo and the other who just put their condo on the market. Each client had a different reason to sell and it’s a bittersweet endings-and-new-beginnings type of thing with each of them.

Just Listed – Vista at Waikoloa, E206

Modern Renovation

Vista E206 was renovated in 2015 and 2016, which gives the condo a modern and luxurious feel. I have to say the porcelain flooring in the living room, the kitchen, and the super modern bathrooms are my favorite features of the renovation.

Largest Lanais in Waikoloa Beach Resort

Coming to the island and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle is the best. Why not experience it on your oversized wrap-around lanai, approximately 381 square feet! As you can see by the photos, you have privacy, with the dining area and garden views on the other side of the lanai. Enjoy this space for relaxing, privacy, and bringing the outdoor lifestyle home.

Short-Term Vacation Rental Permit (STVR)

This condo has been in the rental program with South Kohala Management for the past seven years. The rental permit transfers to the new buyer, and you can either continue with South Kohala Management or hire your own property manager. You can also live in this beautifully remodeled condo too!

Vista Waikoloa Community

One of the reasons I love Vista Waikoloa is that it’s a community in every sense of the word. With group outings such as golf, yoga, ukulele, watching the sunset, talking and telling stories, and much more, the community is at the heart of the complex, making Vista Waikoloa a very special place to live amongst the condos available here in Hawaii. New owners fit in quickly and can genuinely call their new place “home.”

Just Sold – Shores at Waikoloa, #308

More Than Just Clients

It’s a pleasure to be an agent when your clients become friends, and the trust and care continue past the sale. I met my clients quite a while ago; it was a chance meeting. Over the past couple of years, we have become bound by friendship and respect for each other. These clients bought their condo at the Shores in Waikoloa with me as their buyer’s agent. Now, years later, and after so many changes in our lives, they decided to retire and sell their Shores condo.

These sellers were pleased with the closing of this chapter and wish the new buyers the same enjoyment and happiness they had in the condo.

Shores at Waikoloa Community

When you drive into the Shores complex, you are surrounded by lush, well-maintained gardens and multiple koi ponds. To the left of the complex are the Villas, and to the right of the complex are three-story condos. The Shores are unique because they have both one- and two-bedroom condos.

Views, Views, Views

Spectacular views are the highlight of this top-floor condo unit. From your living room and dining room windows, you’ll see Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, Kohala, Hualalai, and the vibrant golf course landscape surrounding the Shores at Waikoloa. Imagine watching the sunrise over the Kohala Coast as you enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai, not to mention having a view of the world’s largest active volcanoes right outside your window! These Big Island condos are unique.

Specializing in Resort Properties and Big Island Condos

Purchasing a condo on the Big Island can be exciting and overwhelming all simultaneously. If you have never considered condos in Hawaii, it is quite different from the mainland. Working with a real estate agent who knows the pros and cons of the different communities will help you feel confident in your real estate decision. I specialize in resort properties and would be honored to help you find your piece of paradise.

With aloha,
Leeana
