Hoolea Terrace at Kehalani – A Newer Condo Complex in Wailuku

Hoolea Terrace is a newer condominium complex on the island of Maui in the master planned community of Kehalani on the slopes of the West Maui Mountains. Located in Wailuku, the property is located near shopping, banks, fine dining, and the Maui Medical Group.

Wailuku is the primary location of Federal and State employment. There are several golf courses located nearby, and the complex is approximately 15 minutes from the Kahului Airport.

Hoolea Terrace at Kehalani is a great place to live! The property is “Long-Term,” meaning if someone were to purchase a unit at Hoolea Terrace with the intent to rent the unit, the minimum rental term allowed is 6 months. There are 2 dedicated parking spots per unit.

Ken,
Thanks for taking us down memory lane. I used to live on Maui in the 1980s and that was when the town of Paia was all boarded up with masking tape covering up most of the store front windows. This was prior to when the windsurfers brought Paia back to life.
Everytime I would fly into the small airport I would always think
Maui No Ka Oi……..and Maui still has the charm you suggest of.
