Dave Futch Named Top 3% of Realtors in Maui 2020, for the Second Year in a Row! Awards Ceremony Postponed.

He did it again for the second year! Dave Futch has been named Top 3% of Real Estate Agents on Maui for 2020 from Fidelity National Hawai’i!

In March this year, Fidelity National Title and Escrow excitedly named Dave Futch as one of Maui’s Top 3% of Real Estate Agents for 2020, based on his 2019 sales volume closed.

Fidelity National Title & Escrow, along with Homes and Land Magazine and Maui Now, had been planning to present the 2nd Annual Maui’s Top 3% Real Estate Agents on Thursday, April 30, 2020, however, due to Coronavirus, the awards ceremony had to be unfortunately postponed.

This will be the second year in a row that Dave Futch has been named one of Maui’s Top 3% of Realtors, being named and awarded in 2019 last year as well — achieving #25 out of 1,750+ Maui Realtors.

Been named Top 3% of Maui Realtors’ twice in the last two years is a huge feat for the local Hawai’i Life Realtor, especially considering his area of expertise is in the North Shore/Upcountry area and his sales results are primarily achieved solo, by himself, without supporting figures from fellow team members.

Fidelity National Title & Escrow do not have any definitive plans yet to present the Top 3% Awards, given the current Stay at Home Order, ensuring the best for everyone and that the proper safety measures and precautions are followed until further notice.
