Napili Bay – One of the Top 10 Beaches in the State of Hawaii

When you ask any long time residents of Maui where do they go to the beach, most will answer: Napili Bay. Here are a few of the reasons:

  • Long sandy beach, that can be accessed either from Napili Kai Resort or Napili Surf Resort. Turtles love to congregate at the east end of the bay.
  • Gentle waves, gradual entry in the water, perfect for kids. The favorite activity is boogie boarding.
  • Access to amenities. My favorite thing to do is to grab fish and chips at the Seahouse Restaurant and eat them on the beach.

Napili Bay

All buildings on Napili Bay must be low rise in perpetuity. A group of Canadian investors developed the area starting in the late 1960s. Today, Napili oceanfront is a combination of low rise hotels and individually owned condominium developments.

Napili Puamala and Napili Surf

The two sister properties operate as a hotel under the umbrella of one management company. Napili Surf units are directly oceanfront, while Napili Puamala units only have garden views. Unit owners have set up the management company, that distributes revenues after covering all operating expenses. The operation of the rentals does not require any owner involvement, as all aspects are covered, including taxation.

Napili Puamala Pool

Unit #121

This is a corner unit, located by the pool, less than 100 steps to the sandy beach of Napili Bay. Because it was remodeled and upgraded in 2018, it meets the most discerning tastes: granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile floors, Hawaiian decor and furnishings.

To own your little corner of paradise in Napili, next to Kapalua Resort please reach out to schedule an in person or virtual showing.
