What’s Open Along The Kohala Coast?

As of Saturday, March 28th, ALL HOTELS along the Kohala Coast will be closed in an effort to flatten the curve of possible Big Island COVID-19 infections. They will be closed until at least April 30th.

  • Hualalai Four Seasons
  • Marriott Waikoloa Beach Resort
  • Hilton Waikoloa Beach Resort
  • Auberge at Mauna Lani
  • Fairmont Orchid at Mauna Lani
  • Westin Hapuna Beach Resort
  • The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel

Beaches in these resorts are closed.

Looking For Somewhere To Eat?

Here are the restaurants along the Kohala Coast offering Take-Out and/or delivery: 

Shiono at the Mauna Lani Shops is offering a 15% Kama’aina discount, takeout and delivery within the resort; daily, 11:30am – 8pm.

Napua at the Mauna Lani Beach Club is open for delivery within the resor0 pickup and take-out. For lunch and dinner, 11:00am-7:00pm, Daily

Ruth’s Chris is available for takeout only at the Mauna Lani Resort shops.

Mai Grill at the Waikoloa Beach Golf Clubhouse is open M-F for take-out and resort delivery. Friday 10 am – 2 pm. Call or Order onlinemaigrille-alohabol.square.site

If you’re located on another part of the Big Island or another island in the state of Hawaii, there’s a new website set up by the Hawaii Agricultural Foundation that compiles a list of restaurants throughout the state that are open for take-out, delivery and pickup at FoodAGoGo.org. Any Hawaii restaurant can submit its information.
