This is a quick video of my favorite walk in Kapalua, starting from Pineapple Hill subdivision to Honolua Store, Oneloa Bay, Kapalua Bay, and back to by the Kapalua Golf Villas.
Kapalua Resort offers a variety of accommodations. There 1bd units (approx. 1,000sf) on the golf course at Kapalua Golf Villas and Kapalua Ridge Villas or oceanfront at Kapalua Bay Villas and large condominiums at the Ironwoods, Coconut Grove, and Montage Kapalua. There are also large homes in Pineapple Hill, Manana Estates, Plantation Estates, or Honolua Ridge Subdivisions. Prices start in the low $600K and go all the way up to $37.5M for the 9 Bay Dr estate.
