Local Tip

There is only one lane going in and one lane going out of Waimea. Getting to the west side may require much “aloha” if traffic starts to back up as you enter Waimea town during prime time. There are no bathroom stops between Hanapepe and Waimea. Plan your bathroom stops wisely. I have literally seen people getting out of cars and running into the bushes on the side of the road. 🙂

Have a great weekend at the Waimea Town Celebration!!
