Wailea Golf Properties 2024

Do you love golf, sun, white sand beaches and fine dining? If the answer is yes, then let’s explore Wailea, Maui with a focus on golf properties. Did you know that not all properties in Wailea are eligible for membership to the Wailea Golf Club? The Wailea Golf Club has 3 Golf Courses, Wailea: Blue / Gold / Emerald. 2024 has the Blue and Gold golf courses designated for membership play.

Properties in Wailea that are eligible for membership to the Wailea Golf Club:

  • Wailea Ekahi
  • Wailea Ekolu
  • Wailea Elua
  • Wailea Point
  • Wailea Golf Estates
  • Wailea Golf Vistas
  • Wailea Fairway Estates
  • Grand Champions Villas
  • Wailea Kai
  • Wailea Kialoa
  • The Palms at Wailea
  • Wailea Highlands

The above properties qualify you for either:

Regular Golf Membership: Annual Fee is $3,485.00, plus Hawaii General Excise Tax= $3,649.21. Cart fee is $37.10.

Associate Golf Membership: Annual Fee is $1,265.00, plus Hawaii General Excise Tax=$1,324.61. Cart fee is $66.

The courses are also reserved at preferred times for members only to play.

If you are an avid golfer playing several times a week, the savings and benefits can really add up!

These properties in Wailea qualify for property owner golf rates but not membership at the Wailea Golf Club:

  • Wailea Fairway Villas
  • Wailea Pualani Estates
  • Papali
  • Hoolei

Property owners of the designated properties can pay a yearly $50 registration. Cart and green fee is $150 to play Wailea: Blue / Gold Golf Courses in 2024.

  • Wailea Beach Villas
  • Kai Malu
  • Kanani

  • any other property not mentioned and any future developments in Wailea

After a round of golf, make a reservation at some of these great restaurants in Wailea.
