More than half of my life has been spent on the beautiful island of Maui, engaging in its vibrant community and contributing in various ways. Originally from Connecticut, I've been calling Maui home since 2001. For 12 years, I served as a public school teacher on Maui, specializing in Social Studies and early US History. Teaching has taught me the profound impact of one's attitude on others, emphasizing the importance of preparation and clear communication. I've also been a commercial fisherman for over 15 years, I'm passionate about fishing, boats, and real estate, and I'm eager to discuss any of these with you. If you've dined at Mama’s Fish House, you might have seen my name on the menu, knowing that you've enjoyed fish caught by me! If you've come across videos or images of the renowned big wave spot, Jaws (Pe’ahi), chances are you've seen my boat, named after my daughter "Alexandra." Having captained around 100 trips to Jaws without any incidents, I bring the same focus to guide you through the unique waters of the Maui real estate market.
On a personal note, my family and I reside in our dream home in upcountry Maui. Alongside my wife, Elizabeth, and our two children, Alexandra and Tristan, we share our space with three cats and our loyal dog, Patch.
