The second model is the 3 bed, 2.5 bath, that boasts 2,393 total sq.ft. The lowest sale price at this size was in 2012 for $473k, the highest was in March of 2015 for $591k.

Stanford Carr (developer) has sold 69 homes since their release of The Villas in 2008. With a total build out of 103 units, there is only 10 models left for the developer to release (24 pending) to the public. Below is the sold data for all of The Villas including 4 resales.
Fees
The monthly maintenance fees are as follows:
- 2,060 sqft model- $446 per month
- 2,393 sqft model- $511 per month
- 2,511 sqft model- $542 per month
Each unit is also subject to the master association fee of $55 per month.
