Moving To Hawaii

Quarantine in Your New Home in Waikiki!

You’ve been dreaming of a tropical vacation in Hawaii. Strolls along our beautiful sandy beaches, hikes in our picture postcard mountains, sipping a Mai Tai after the perfect surf session. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 travel restrictions if you come anytime soon you’ll have to quarantine for 14 days.

Why not think of turning your Hawaii vacation into owning a piece of paradise as a second home or investment property? Yes, you will have to quarantine for 14 days, but then you are Free to enjoy everything that is Hawaii Nei.

Finding a Home on Oahu

Hawaii has a variety of living choices: Single Family, Condominium, or Townhouse. Prices vary from area to area, island to island. Searching is easier than ever before with improved 3D Interactive Floor Plans, Virtual Tours, Videos and Face Time — up close and personal with yours truly.

Let’s use a Fee Simple Condominium in Waikiki, for example, and take a look at Ala Wai Boulevard, a quieter area of Waikiki is close to everything — ocean, beaches, shops, restaurants, marina, etc. There are currently 46 properties for sale in the Ala Wai Blvd area ranging in prices from $270,000 for a studio at the Fairway Villa to $2,750,000 for a 3 bedroom at the Watermark. Most properties are moving very quickly here due to interest rates and low inventory.

But there are still some great deals to be had! Check out my listing at 1717 Ala Wai Blvd #404. We just announced a drastic price reduction as the seller is anxious to sell to allow for her purchase of a larger property in the same building — which says a lot about this building: 24 hour Security, Parking with Surveillance, Storage, Pool, and BBQ area, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Exercise Room, Bike Racks, Surfboard Storage and you can walk to everything!

I do enjoy receiving your updates on real estate however I am very upset in the way you are promoting living on the islands at this time. Telling people they can quarantine for 14 days and then run around free as a bird. This is putting all residents of Hawaii at extreme risk. Covid is nothing to fool around with. The numbers on the mainland are skyrocketing to horrific levels. You do not want to bring more cases into Hawaii. I really think you need to change that advertising please
