@Erik, I agree, so nice to have no road noise here, just the sounds of the ocean. Being set a little back from the waters edge allows for less wear and tear from salt spray that direct oceanfront gets. But its hard to tell from the photos how close it is from the waters edge and an small partially sandy shoreline to the south great for walks. Its a super location and superbly maintained.
