Kauai’s Princeville Community Offers Unparalled Living and Amenities

Princeville Resort is located on the north shore of Kauai nestled between the crystal blue seas, cliffs of Kaua`i’s north shore mountains, and Princeville Ranch with majestic views of Bali Hai and Kaua`i’s ancient taro fields. Truly a community encompassing all of one’s needs. Princeville Resort is home to all ages and walks of life; young families just starting out to those now enjoying retirement and all that is yet to come.

Princeville Amenities

The Princeville Shopping Center is truly a premiere gathering place on the north shore that includes a large array of retail shops, dining, and business services to fulfill all that you desire.

It even includes:

  • banks
  • post office
  • grocery store and pharmacy
  • fitness studio
  • chiropractors
  • pet grooming
  • hardware store
  • flower shop

It also includes real estate companies, including our main office for Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers. Even our gas station serves gourmet food and sells fresh buffalo beef from our farms. Wind down your day sipping on a gourmet coffee or indulging on Lappert’s ice cream or a tropical shave ice. Add to all of this Prince Albert Park and community center, library, tennis courts, our world famous golf courses, and the exquisite St. Regis Resort and the Westin.

I know firsthand from my own experience all that Princeville has to offer. I have always found Princeville to be a peaceful environment and have been a resident here for over twenty-two years. We raised our family here.

Aloha Carol… wow, 22 years you’ve lived in Princeville? That’s a long time! Do you ever get bored or island fever?

Hi Katie~
Thanks for asking and I can proudly say a Big NO. I start each day in the ocean by 6:30 am and then off to work. Even after all of these years I am overwhelmed daily by the beauty that surrounds me and still moved by every rainbow. I forgot to mention all of the great trails to beaches you can access from Princeville too. I truly feel blessed to live here.

Thank you Kellen. As I continue to think about it- the list of amenities is endless.
I recently enjoyed a wonderful concert in the Park with wonderful food provided by the Westin and Fericos that was terrific!
