There was not a lot of market activity within Pineapple Hill for the month of October. Only one new listing, a few price adjustments, and no new sales as the month came to a close. There is now a total of 16 active listings and 4 total sales year to date (3 fewer sales than last year at this time). As the high season starts to get underway, expect there to be more action in the months to come.

100 Woodrose Pl. MLS #375994 Is back on the market as of 10/19/2017. After being canceled a month ago with a $330,000 price reduction, the new listing price is $3,520,000.
After being off the market for a month 218 Crestview Rd. MLS #375987 is back and active as of 10/19/2017 priced at $3,495,000 down $230,000 from its prior asking price.
Price Reductions
342 Cook Pine Dr. MLS #369994 had a price reduction of $103,000 down to $2,895,000. That is down $700,000 from its original listing price of $3,695,000 after 731 days on the market.
112 Pulelehua St. MLS #371734 had a price reduction of $50,000 down to $3,545,000 after 345 days on the market.
Canceled
334 Cook Pine Dr. MLS #372604 was canceled on 10/16/2017 after 273 days on the market. It had been listed at $2,747,000
