Pili Mai New Construction in Poipu – Selling Out Fast

Since construction commenced in October 2015, Pili Mai has not had problems with sales. In fact, the Brookfield development has a waiting list for future reservations. Reservations cannot officially be made until the foundation of each particular building or phase is poured. However, if a prospective purchaser has particular interest in a certain floor plan or building, they can sign a non-monetary, non-binding agreement to be put on the waiting list. Once the new building is released to the public, those on the list are called in the order they were placed on the list. Essentially, the reservation system is first-come, first-serve. The next release to watch for is Building 3 — the footings are going in this week.

A map of Pili Mai shows the completed and future phases of construction.

New with a View

Six phases have been completed thus far, and there are a total of fifteen proposed. If views are a priority, buildings seven through eleven are the premier view buildings, with westerly ocean horizon and sunset views beyond the 9th fairway of Kiahuna Golf Course. Buildings on the east side of the complex have lanais pointed towards the peak of Ha’upa Mountain and the Kahili Range. They enjoy a bit more shade for the hotter months. Though, no need to worry — all of the buildings are equipped with air-conditioning. It could be argued that people are buying for the “new,” with the bonus of a “view.”

Availability

Of these 6 completed buildings, each containing thirteen luxury condos, there are only a handful of available units left for sale at this time. There have typically been two to three buildings completed per year.

Pricing and availability is subject to change. Contact your agent for the most up to date data.
