Paia, Maui, HI 96779 – Market Report for October 2014

The following residential properties sold in October in Paia, Maui:

706 Hana Highway – Sold for $800,000 on 10/16/14. It was a short sale and a long time on the market with 2 lienholders to satisfy. A classic single-story 3 bed/1 bath plantation-style home directly across from the newly renovated Kuau Store. There was a detached garage and another detached building that might be considered a cottage, though very rustic. The large lot and extra buildings made it very attractive.

If you watch the Hawaii Live TV show you might remember this house from Episode 3 of Season 4…that was my episode, but this wasn’t the home my buyer clients bought!

120 Kuau Beach Pl. – Sold for $3,000,000 on 10/23/14. A 4 bed/4.5 bath custom 2-story home right on the ocean. What a beautiful and well crafted home this is. The location is quite private at the end of a short road, and it’s close to all the fun things that Paia has to offer.
