Oceanfront Townhome Just Sold in Puamana – Summer Market Gets Some Action

Puamana Building 9 getting some action with the summer swell

The real estate market is traditionally slow in the summertime, but this season Puamana real estate has seen more action than even the beach out front with the epic south swells and hurricane winds.

I am pleased to report that I have represented four sellers and buyers of the last 7 sales in Puamana this season.

Second Quarter Sales

240-5 Pualei Drive – the three bedroom oceanfront town-house, sold for $2,250,000 on August 23rd. Mike Perry from Hawaii Life represented the seller and I represented the buyer for this beautiful oceanfront property.

40-2 Puakukui – 2 bedroom with a garage, sold twice this year! It closed end of July for the exact same amount as earlier this year: $1,125,000.

55-4 Puapake – the 3-story, 1,790 square foot one bedroom, yes one-bedroom, townhouse near the Mauka pool with a killer remodel sold for $1,315,000 at the end of July.

The oceanfront townhome nearest to Lahaina on Front Street was completely rebuilt from the ground up earlier this year with an absolutely spectacular interior design. 225-1 Front Street was listed at $3,495,000 on 7/25/18 and is currently pending sale. There are only 2 buildings in Puamana that share the private entry via Front Street…

Puamana oceanfront townhomes don’t come up for sale very often

We would like to acknowledge the police force, firefighters, Puamana Staff, army personnel, neighbors and first responders for the amazing job of keeping our Ohana safe and calm during the Hurricane Lane weekend. All’s well that ends well.
