Great question. One-bedroom units will start in the mid $400,000s and the larger three-bedrooms will top out in the high $900,000s. The units will range in size from 700 square feet to the 1,000 square foot range. It’s estimated some of the units will have nice ocean views.

What’s very exciting is that each unit will include a one car garage! Not too many condominium complexes on Maui come with a garage, or even a carport for that matter. Just imagine the possibilities; a place to safely store your boards and other toys, a workshop, or you could even park your car in there and protect your paint job from the scorching sun and salt air. Your options are endless.

As a prospective buyer, can I do anything to get ready? Yes, the developer will require a $10,000 deposit at the time of contract. The next payment will be 30 days from the initial contract date and the payment will be 10% of the purchase price, less your first $10,000.
