North Shore Haven on Oahu

Relaxation or adventure (or both) awaits the new owner of our recently listed North Shore beach cottage in Mokuleia Beach Colony. Mokuleia Beach Colony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Oahu, the famed North Shore. The North Shore of Oahu is home to the best surf spots on the island and hosts many annual surf competitions. Outdoor activities, agriculture, and quietude are the draws here. The North Shore is one of the most “country” parts of the island of Oahu, with a few small towns, mostly small local businesses, and a “no more development” vibe.

Mokuleia is the North Shore’s Best Kept Secret

On the West end of Oahu’s North Shore beaches, the community of Mokuleia is off the beaten track, away from the congestion of the more populated and busy areas of the North Shore. Mokuleia is a neighborhood in Waialua and not an official town. This North Shore community is host to several beautiful beaches with multiple surf breaks. For instance, off of Mokuleia Beach Park (DayStar or IronBoats). In addition, the Hawaii Polo Field and Dillingham Airfield are located in Mokuleia. There are no local shopping districts in Mokuleia. However, Haleiwa and Waialua town centers are nearby enough to be convenient.

Mokuleia Beach Colony Beachfront Cottages

Mokuleia Beach Colony is a beachfront complex of 26 single-level duplex cottages (52 total units), surrounded by lushly landscaped grounds.

Mokuleia Beach Colony 24A Grounds

Each duplex cottage in this development has two attached 1 bedroom units (A & B), though a few owners have reconfigured their spacious floorplans to 2 bedroom units. These charming cottages are situated on approximately 6 acres of immaculately maintained, resort-like grounds. Importantly, the AOAO has just installed a brand new shake roof on all the units in the complex. This is one of the best values in North Shore condo living.

We’ve just listed Unit 24A. This North Shore beach cottage is a well-located in the complex, with great amenities. For example, a saltwater swimming pool and tennis court. These are right outside your front door.

I am wanting to move there next April April 2020 and was he there looking for like an acre with a small tiny home or cottage that’s close to the beach in the manatees that’s not going to cost me an arm and a leg cuz I’ll be signing my home here in Illinois and then adding some savings to it so I’d be able to put probably 50 or 60,000 down if not more but just wasn’t sure if I should buy the property and then build me a honey home or what I should do so thank you for reading this message and I look forward to hearing from you if you can show me properties with a small tiny home or not with an acre or so pretty cleared land away from the lava zones close to the beach or it’s about 80° all the time and if I have to water catchment and that’s fine but just don’t want in a really rainy part of the estate so any of your feedback would be very helpful I’m just trying to do this on my own but I see that that’s not going to be magical I definitely need your expertise
”Thank you so very much again looking for me on properties you think I might be interested in and I look forward to hearing back from you
