The Mauna Lani Point condos finally have a one bedroom unit in escrow after a very long dry spell. Only two sales have been recorded in The Point since 1/1/2010!
This condo complex is one of the two oceanfront condo developments in the Mauna Lani Resort. It was built just a year after the Terraces at Mauna Lani (1986) as again, supply and demand showed a need.
