Kumulani F3 which is a 1,215 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath unit located in the Uplands sold for $1.72M after 24 days on the market.
Unit B22 in the oceanfront Hapuna Beach Residences sold for $2.23M in late April. The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom consists of 881 square feet.
