Maui Weekend Events – July 4th

Aloha friends! Happy 4th of July Weekend on Maui! We have confirmation that the Wailea Community Association will be putting on a fireworks display Friday at 8 pm from Wailea Beach. Everyone on Maui knows this weekend is synonymous with the Makawao Stampede Rodeo. Besides BBQs, fireworks, and cowboy things, we also have some great live music and dining options, as well as an opportunity to participate in a harbor cleanup.

2025 Regatta Season

Happy Independence Day.  This is a bye weekend and there is no race. Check out Hawaiian Canoe Club for Race Schedule and more.

Anything Else This Weekend or Next?

I am always looking to promote other weekend activities for Maui organizations. If we are missing anything, drop me a line any time for future happenings. Mahalo!!!

Real Estate

As of July 3, 2025, we have 1579 active listings and 225 pending. That is 12.47% pending currently. Big improvement from last week. Buyers still have choices and negotiating power. Sellers must use options to attract Buyers. Experience counts. I’ve persevered and navigated these markets, helping Buyers and Sellers alike. If you have questions, I am your real estate resource.
