Maui Oceanfront Condo Valley Isle 902 is One-of-a-Kind

Valley Isle 902 is the only oceanfront, fee simple, one-bedroom condo listing under $600,000 in all of West Maui. With inventory at an all-time low and buyer demand that won’t let up, this condo is a great option. Condos in this price range are highly sought after and don’t last long. Here are several reasons to consider making Valley Isle 902 your next Maui home away from home:

The View

When you walk through the front door, your eyes are drawn to the turquoise blue water that takes up the entire southwest-facing wall. It is floor-to-ceiling ocean views with the island of Lanai in the background. Although there are many condominium complexes that are oceanfront, not all units are created equal when it comes to the view. This one has been well appointed.

The Size

Unit 902 is larger than the typical one-bedroom Maui oceanfront condo. It is 768 square feet, whereas many range from 500-600 square feet. It has ample room for a dining area and living room. There is even room for a Murphy bed to accommodate additional guests. The bedroom is made more spacious by having the closet a part of the greater bathroom. And the overall square footage does not include the 112 square foot covered lanai. This is the perfect place to have your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour.

It also has a Murphy bed consisting of two twin beds for additional sleeping accomodations.

The Location

Valley Isle Resort is located in Kahana, which is within 5-10 minutes of the renowned beaches and resorts of Kapalua and Kaanapali. There is a sandy beach right out front of the complex (although it is smaller than in years past due to shoreline erosion—please contact me if you are interested in learning what the surrounding community plans to do to enhance the beach at Kahana Bay for the future). Conveniently, there are a variety of dining options, bars, shops, and a gym within walking distance.

The Weather

Kahana is known for having steady breezes for most of the year. These breezes tend to keep it a bit cooler than some other areas of West Maui. This is particularly nice during the warmest summer months, especially since many condo complexes still don’t have or allow air conditioning. There is no A/C in this unit as it hasn’t been allowed in the building, but it is currently under consideration. Unit 902, however, gets a steady breeze through it and stays quite temperate. The bedroom window and ceiling fans allow for plenty of airflow.
