Besides gaining new signs, donated by a long-time resident, Maui Meadows had another phenomenal year in 2017, beating the amazing numbers of 2016!! There were 26 closed sales in 2016 with sold prices ranging from $635,000 (bank owned property) to $2,050,000 with the average sold price being $1,250,828. In 2017, there were 28 closed sales with sold prices ranging from $746,000 to $2,600,000 and 1 sale at Kaimanu Estates at $4,200,000; excluding Kaimanu sale, the average sold price in 2017 was $1,275,812.
So far in 2018, there are 3 closed sales in the books with 7 properties currently under contract in escrow and 11 active listings for sale.
