Beachfront estate or beachfront condominium, you choose. As world class real estate, it’s not cheap here. The average 2 bedroom condominium goes for $2M and the average single family home (gated of course) averages a mere $6M – $8M. One of my favorite Makena condo complexes is Makena Surf.
