Lalea at Hawaii Kai Townhomes

Welcome to Lalea — one of Hawaii Kai’s most popular townhome communities. Currently, there are no units available in this highly sought-after neighborhood. But, don’t despair. We have a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit poised to hit the market soon!

It’s a lovely unit with tasteful appointments, plus it has a private patio and a one car garage. It’s been beautifully maintained and it’s super sweet. You’ll love the close proximity to the pool, plus there is plenty of guest and street parking for your family and friends!

Low Maintenance Fees & Pet-Friendly

One of the best benefits about living in the Lalea community is the low maintenance fees. In fact, Lalea has some of the lowest maintenance fees in all of Hawaii Kai. Perhaps it is because it’s a newer project, relatively speaking, than most Hawaii Kai townhomes. By way of background, Hawaii Kai is one of Oahu’s first planned communities. The former fishpond and wetland area was developed in the 1960s by famed industrialist Henry J. Kaiser, who envisioned an idyllic suburban community. It’s still an idyllic community, but it’s not new. Most of the homes and townhomes were built in the 1970s. Comparatively speaking, Laela was built in the late 1990s, so it’s got a bit of a newer vibe than many of Hawaii Kai’s neighborhood homes. It’s also located close to some of Hawaii Kai’s best eateries and shops!

Another great bonus — it’s pet-friendly! Oh, and there is plenty of guest and street parking available!

If you are looking for a wonderful community in one of Oahu’s premiere neighborhoods — Hawaii Kai — look no further than Lalea!
