The Big Island's Kulalani at Mauna Lani Nearly Sold Out?

There are just three developer units available at Kulalani in Mauna Lani Resort. Another interesting fact is there have been no resales in the development in the five years since completion. This in itself is remarkable due to the economic downturn over the past few years.

Each of the remaining condominiums are two bedroom (two different floor plans). All three are on the interior or garden view side, however, a client/friend of mine who purchased on the golf course a few years back, admits the garden side, with its beautiful mature landscape and magnificent views of the Kohala mountain range, has proven to be the preferred side due to the sometimes less than gentle trade winds that come through prohibiting enjoyment of their lanai in the afternoons.

It is expected that once Stanford Carr Dev. begins construction on the second half of this award winning project, the prices will be higher. At the price of the remaining few units, they are selling for less than cost to build. Now is a great time to take a second look at one of the few remaining bargain priced town homes (MLS# 211731), (MLS# 236847), and (MLS# 236822).

Living and loving the resort life!

Aloha, Pam… I think the first time I met you in person was when you were working as the Developer’s Rep for this project… I’m sure that you are absolutely the expert when it comes to selling Kulalani, and any prospective buyer would be wise to hire you for the “inside scoop!”
