Kulalani at Mauna Lani Releases Brand New Condos For Sale!

Kulalani has just announced the second half start up of condos for sale. The prices are very favorable and likely will become very popular with the market at an all time low for inventory.

The developer, Stanford Carr, is releasing two buildings at this time; although construction will not begin until at least 50% of each building is under contract. (I don’t expect that will take long.)

Buildings #19 (garden views and adjacent to the amenity center) and #7 (on the golf course with a nice shady grove of kiawe as a buffer from any stray balls off the 5th hole tee box) are the first to be released and likely the best priced, as it is expected prices will continue to rise. Both are six plex buildings with single car garages for each unit.

Floorplans

There are three floorplans in the six plex buildings:

1. 1,331 sq. ft. two bedrooms, two baths starting at $495,000 (HOA fees $688/mo.)

2. 1,631 sq. ft. two bedroom, two and a half bath (with office or sitting alcove off master) priced from $520,000 (HOA fees $842/mo.)

3. 1,913 sq. ft. three bedroom, two and a half bath with ground floor master suite, priced from $575,000 (HOA fees $988/mo.)

HOA dues include: water, sewer, trash, basic cable, pest control, landscaping, pools, rec center, exterior ins. and resort fees. All homes are sold unfurnished.

Kualani Development Information

The larger four plex buildings with double car garages will be released in a later phase in a few months (sales driven) due to the layout of the development. The buildings will be built in order from front of development and existing homes to back or east (mauka).

Kulalani Amenities

Kulalani boasts one of the best amenity/rec centers in the Mauna Lani Resort with a lagoon style pool and a lap pool, two spas, and a very nice, bright air conditioned exercise hale in addition to a large gathering Hale with an outdoor kitchen to handle large events/gatherings. The rec center and pools are shared with Ka Milo with separate gates from each development for access.

As with all Mauna Lani Resort properties, owners will benefit with Mauna Lani’s Advantage Program with favored golf, fitness, tennis, Beach Club, dining, shopping and spa benefits.

Looking For a Knowledgeable Real Estate Agent Familiar with the Mauna Lani Resort?

I worked for this developer a few years back as a in house sales agent, and would be happy to share my knowledge and of course represent you as a buyer broker’s agent. Who better to know the details and how to protect you as a “client” rather than just a buyer.

A hui hou! Living and loving the resort life.

Given the success of Ka Milo’s new releases across the way, it seems there is demonstrated demand for new construction and for the big (shared) amenity area. With the Kulalani price points, I think they’ll have enough under contract to start construction quickly.

Yes Beth; the main difference between the two complexes are multiplex at Kulalani vs. single family and duplex style for Ka Milo of course.

Both are good options depending on your budget and … the amenities are the same:)

This is exciting news! I remember when this project was first of the ground while I was working for Brookfield. I too agree that we can expect great results. Mauna Lani is such a great place to call home.
