Born and raised in Oregon, Pam first came to live in Hawaii in 1973.

Returning to the mainland to complete her education, Pam  sold real estate in the San Francisco area for several years before relocating to Bend Oregon, where she started her own real estate company representing new development, as well as residential and commercial sales in a resort community.

Pam finally returned to the Big Island in 2003 and gained some great local knowledge while working at both Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea Real Estate companies as well as working for Stanford Carr (local developer) in his Fairways and Kulalani at Mauna Lani projects. She currently specializes in upper end residential and condo sales from the Resorts to the Kohala Ranch.

She is proud to be able to say that most of her friendships have been made in this intriguing profession. She definitely has the “listening skill”, and her vast experience in real estate provides her with a wealth of knowledge to offer to her clients (and her friends!)
