Heidi has Fun in the Water at Kukio Oceanfront Luxury Community

Kukio Beach Club’s luxury real estate is moving on the Big Island! What a great day in Kona! I just had a wonderful stand-up paddle (SUP) session at Kukio Beach and spent the morning enjoying the sunny warm ocean; paddled to nearby Kua Bay, then jumped in to swim in the turquoise tropical waters of Kua…and paddled back around the point to the exclusively private luxury oceanfront residential community of Kukio. After which, I enjoyed breakfast ‘Kukio style’ at the beach club house looking down on the gorgeous Beach & Kukio Bay.

Then I went to view some of the properties offered for sale here. On my private tour I found my favorite property to be the 5-bedroom Kuaau Cottage including a 2-bedroom guest cottage. Kukio is Hawaii’s most private luxury community and offers the lifestyle I love, not only world-class golf, but my favorite, all of the Hawaiian water sports imaginable! Offered with instruction by the best watermen and women athletes available, all for property owners training and enjoyment.

I have spent a lot of time on the water growing up in the South Pacific islands, and Kukio is awesome for its luxury coupled with the hardcore training offered by the staff here. The common area luxury includes amenities that are unmatched anywhere, all for the owner’s enjoyment. Let me show you this part of our island’s luxury market.

Why not live your Hawaii life now? This is why I have been living here 38 years. Even though I love to travel, the best part is coming back home to Kona!

Heidi, I know we keep talking about it… but we have to go paddling when I’m there next. Could we put in at Kukio and go up the coast? It seemed like the current was running north when I was paddling Puako.
