Kualono Upcountry Maui Subdivision Nearing Completion

The much anticipated and sold out subdivision of Kualono will be completed in the next few months. Owners of the lots are receiving letters now to be prepared to close in June 2017. While most of the owners are moving ahead with building their Maui dream homes, a few lots may be available for immediate purchase once the lots sell. There have been a few people that have already closed on their lots and there has been talk of a resale.

There are also a few owners that plan to build homes for resale. The location and design of Kualono is one of the best values that Upcountry Maui has to offer. Bicoastal and Haleakala views, direct access to the highway, very easy walk to the grocery store, bank, shopping and restaurants, gated community.

For the masses of interested parties that missed out, contact me ASAP if you are interested in an immediate lot. There are only a few lots that will be available for resale as many owners have already made plans and will start building this year.

The current MLS as of today shows the next active lot in Kula, Makawao, and Pukalani with a water meter is currently $354,000 (MLS# 370440). The lowest 1/2 acre property is $375,000 (MLS# 368016).

If you are considering selling land Upcountry, this is also an excellent opportunity to allow a buyer to lock in decent mortgage rates and to build their dream home now.

Aloha John, My name is Kenny. My wife Danielle and I are interested in finding out a little more about the Kualona development. We understand the lots are all sold but, as you said, most great opportunities never make it to MLS. Please let me know if there is a site I can access which shows the current progress of this development. Please also let us your thoughts about this development (and any other similar area or “new development” opportunity that might be an option for us). We are looking for a lot with a modest ocean view (bi-coastal preferred) with a budget of $250,000 to $400,000. Mahalo for your thoughts! Kenny P.S. – Do you know John Smalley?
