New Kona Ocean View Homes Under Construction at Alii Heights Mauka

Alii Heights is one of Kona’s newest and most up to date neighborhoods.

Panoramic Ocean View just blocks from the beach from these Kona ocean view homes

This collection of homes rises from just above Alii Drive up to Kuakini Highway offering some of the best views Kona has to offer. When the economy turned back in 2007 the developer stopped building.

That is changing. I just listed and sold a home in the neighborhood in 9 days. The same month another Hawaii Life agent sold another one. Because of this activity the developer has decided to resume building.

The next phase includes some of the best view lots in the neighborhood. These approximately 15,000 square foot lots look out from Keauhou Bay to the Bay at Kailua Kona. The homes have not been advertised yet but the developer’s agent has let me know what is going to be available and for how much.  Prices will be from $630,000 to $725,000. These prices are in line with what existing homes have been being sold for if not a little cheaper.  There are several models to choose from with 3 to 4 bedrooms. More importantly a few of the lots are amazing with unobstructed panoramic views.

Contact me if you would like info on these homes.

I love that the developer is starting to build again because Hawaii Life buyers have generated some movement in the project!! Classic! When are the new homes scheduled to be done and ready to move in??

They are laying out the foundations now. My guess is 6-9 months for a finished home. As I got the highest price paid for a home in over two years I’m concerned that they might try to raise prices.
