The beaches and weather are what make Kihei my favorite place to live on Maui. You might agree with me if you enjoy sunny days at the beach! Kihei Villages, Southpointe at Waiakoa, and Keonekai Villages are a few complexes that are a great place to start your search. The complexes are within a short drive and or/ walk to the beach. Also noteworthy, these complexes are pet friendly. I have personally represented sellers and a buyer at these complexes. Here are the active listings under $550,000 at time of writing this blog.
