Keala O’ Wailea developer units are gone! The last available unit went under contract last month and should be very close, if not over, to the end of the 30-day rescinding period. With all 70 developer units now gone, resales have started popping up on the market with one already under contract in escrow. If this resale reaches a successful closing, it will be the first of a kind and will set the ceiling for future comps. There are 3 other resales currently on the market with asking prices ranging from $1.450M to $1.675M. By my calculations, the project should be approximately 50% complete with buildings 5, 6, and 7, still under construction.
The complex turned out absolutely stunning with breathtaking ocean views, beautiful pool area, and clubhouse with workout room and a compliment to the already gorgeous Wailea community.
