Kapa’a, on the east side of the island of Kauai, had the honor of being the only Hawaiian town chosen for this list. The article mentioned Kapa’a’s small town charm, along with beauty and lots of beach space. View the Forbes review of Kapa’a as one of America’s Prettiest Towns.

The Forbes article pointed out that Kapa’a has several great food trucks offering convenient dining options – one of these is currently my favorite place to get a quick lunch.
