August presented Kamaole Sands with a fury of maintenance activity. Everything asphalt was re-paved and fixed. While it is a slight inconvenience, it is a healthy sign that the property is being well maintained.
Also, the waterfall by the pool area has been repaired and replanted. It looks pretty good. There is a pride of ownership amongst the owners when you walk through the property. As I walk through the property, I am always greeted by someone with an “Aloha.” Everyone is so friendly, maybe it’s because we are in Maui.
