Dont rent or buy here. They have a pool but wont give a key fob. Management is impossible to deal with. They make me and visitors park at the Times parking lot 2 blocks away. They HOA president John makes up rules on a Whim it seems. If you are thinking of buying or renting dont do it. Just take a moment and ask any resident the issues they have with HOA here when doing a walk through.
