Jeff Onderko #1 in Lahaina Town Homes & Land Sales Volume (or Transactions)

I am pleased to announce that Jeff Onderko and Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers have sold more Lahaina Town residential homes than any Realtor, agent, or broker in the past 20 months (Feb 2016-current). For the sake of this article specifically, the Lahaina Town referred to represents the geographic area from Puamana in the South, to Wahikuli in the North and every single family residential home & land parcel in between (high on the hill and low to the ocean).

Over that period I have represented the seller’s side of the transaction 5 times and the buyer’s side 4 times, totaling $6.5M in sales. The average days on market representing the seller as listing agent was 92 days from the on market date until the close of escrow with a list to sell ratio of  99%.

To bring you up to speed on 2017, I have transacted on 14 properties, with 2 others currently under contract and over $18M+ of active properties for sale.

1574 Kuuipo St went listed on 6/5 for $859K – representing seller – under contract 14 days after listed and closed on 8/9/2017

At .24 acres this West Maui lot allows for a main house and cottage build. Sold for $470K in October 2017

28 Kua Place Sold in May 2016 for $750K – representing both seller and buyer – under contract 5 days after listed

161 Kaniau Rd sold for $685K in April 2016 – representing seller – under contract within 14 days, total days on market 53 from list to closing.

207 Puapihi St Sold in May 2017 for $850K – representing buyer – originally listed for $1.2M and on the market for 598 days

419 Ilikahi St Sold in March 2017 for $775,500 – representing both seller and buyer – under contract 7 days after listed, sold for 100%+ of list price
