- Multiple, over-asking offers within two days of going on the market
Our phones would not stop ringing! Due to COVID-19, we did not have an open house. Any interested Buyer was required to do the following prior to an in-person showing:
- Be pre-approved
- View the online virtual tour
- Drive-by the home to ensure the location fit their need
Buyers and their realtors were eager to get into the home — some realtors even shared their Buyer clients have lost out on a couple of properties previously.
