iPhone or Flip Video? Which is Better for Puako Beach Real Estate For Sale?

I recently upgraded my phone to the iPhone 4, mainly because I wanted the video component on my phone. Here is one of my first iPhone videos:

Oops! Yes, it’s true, I’m a natural blonde, and this mistake made me giggle

After realizing that I need to hold the camera sideways, I wanted to compare my new technology to my over-a-year-old flip video camera.

Below are two videos, taken 10 minutes apart on my iPhone, of the beach across the street from my house for sale in Puako. They were taken yesterday and clearly show the volume of water still surging late yesterday afternoon, after-affects from the tsunami:

Here’s the second video—also on my iPhone—taken 11 minutes later of the same scene:

Now take a look at a video I took with my Flip Video camera of Puako on a high surf day—January 16th—same spot:

Because the difference in technology is not really clear, the iPhone videos were taken yesterday, the Flip Video on a stormy, overcast day back in January.

The solution? In the name of research, I’ll have to spend more time outside testing both technologies, and perhaps it will include video of some property for sale! Happy Monday, everyone.
