Spring Break Activities in Maui

We are welcoming record numbers of “mainland” visitors to Maui; many wanting to get in the ocean to wash off that crazy last year! Snorkeling with turtles, whale watching, surfing the South swells, along with beach clean-ups and good, old fashioned sun-bathing are great Spring Break activities in Lahaina this year as we are slowly opening up and still Covid-wary.

For surf lessons in Lahaina, I suggest my buddy, Bully. He has events for the whole Ohana: click here.

Besides finding some good waves, many people are buying property in Maui over Spring Break… Real estate sales have been brisk in Lahaina!

In fact, there are only 3 Puamana properties for sale at this time, click here.

We all want to live somewhere where we can be outside all year long…a gated community with ocean access and your own private garden sanctuary… more about Puamana, click here.

We created the above graph to show sales in Puamana this year as the market is crazy — thank you for reading! By Anna Severson, your resident real estate broker, homeowner, and full-time Puamana resident for the past 17 years! We bought our place, 167-3 Pualei drive, the year Zoe was born, and now she’s in 11th grade at Maui Prep and surfing in some of these photos I took this weekend; April 2021.

I wanted to thank so many of the visitors I see helping keep the beaches clean and cutting down on plastic waste, more here.
