Are you looking to purchase a NEW Studio, Townhome or Flex Home on Oahu? DR Horton announced the next lottery at Kohina at Hoopili for market-priced homes. This is phase 2 of Kohina which is across the street from Kohina. The lottery will consist of 5 Flex Homes, 3 Studios and 8 Townhomes. These homes are studios – 4 bedrooms with living space from 682 – 1810 square feet. These brand new homes are priced from $403k – $689k. There’s something for everyone!

Lottery Dates:

Applications Due: Friday, July, 17, 2020 by 5 pm.

Lottery Held: Saturday, July 19, 2020 at 10 am.

Next Steps

To participate in this lottery, the first thing to do is start the pre-approval process. If you use DR Horton’s in house lender, they’ll offer closing cost incentives. You can use any lender of your choice. If you would like the preferred lender’s information, we could send you the link to start the online process. The lottery application and pre-qual letter will need to be submitted to the sales office by 5 PM on July 17, 2020.
