Honua Kai Studio Average Sales Price Are Increasing

I have caught wind that there is an upper floor full ocean view studio unit the Konea building closing in the near future that is in the high $800k pushing $900k range. This particular sale should be close or set the new high sales price for a studio. The current studio high sales price is $875,000 for Hokulani 837 which is right next to the studio that my wife and I own.
